Making my first bedlah

I, (with a lot of help from a crafty friend), am about to embark on a mission to make a belly dance costume. I am actually going to attempt to make a bedlah. I will document this process right here on this blog.



This is the material I'm using

The costume is going to be made out of a gold sequin dot fabric...not the super bright gold, but more of a goldish iridescent champagne color with gold beaded fringe.
















This bedlah is my inspiration
